Many departments support the excellent services provided in each of our programs. The members of these departments work together as a professional community by modeling a culture that values learning, collaboration and communication with a focus on upholding our mission.

Whether departments are providing funding, staffing solutions, fundraising, marketing, technology or curriculum development, they are united in their efforts to support the programs and services offered through The Vanguard School and Summer Matters. The departments assist our program staff in providing high-quality education, clinical services and resources to every child, adult and family participating in our programs. Through proactive planning and implementation efforts, the departments ensure that all staff members have the resources and support they need to provide a comprehensive and consistent program to the children and adults that we serve.
