Customized Workforce Solutions

Customized Workforce Solutions (CWS) provides employment-related services to adults with disabilities. We focus on person-centered support and training to help job seekers attain their employment goals. Our process helps adults define their goals, understand their skills and discover their vocational interests and work preferences. Additionally, CWS develops and maintains mutually beneficial employment relationships between employees and employers.
Services provide adults with the customized opportunities and individualized supports necessary to discover career interests and maintain competitive, integrated employment in their home community. Services are provided on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on each person’s needs and preferences.

Vocational Immersion Program
The Vocational Immersion Program (VIP) is a four-week summer intensive, pre-employment program with a strong focus on work readiness, career exploration, and community-based vocational experiences for participants ages 18–24. Partnering with local businesses, VIP evaluates each participant's personal interests and strengths to place the young adult within a valuable work environment.
