Meet Our Staff
Mary Angelozzi, Employment Specialist
Mary earned her B.A. in Psychological and Social Sciences from Penn State followed by her M.S. in School Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Prior to joining CWS, Mary worked as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant and an ABA therapist in Montgomery County working with children primarily with Autism. She acquired further experience with adolescents and young adults through her internships in local middle and high schools. Along with her school experience, Mary was also the President of Penn State student-run community service and philanthropic organization dedicated to providing students with community service opportunities and spreading social awareness to young adults in the Philadelphia area.
Sascha Baello, Director of Adult and Recreation Services
Sascha is the Director of Customized Workforce Solutions (CWS), a program of Valley Forge Educational Services. Prior to joining the team at CWS, Sascha served as a Long-Term Substitute School Counselor at The Vanguard School. She has also held positions as a Supports Coordinator at The Arc Alliance and the County of Montgomery. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from West Chester University. In May 2017, Sascha completed her Post-Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Eastern University.
Bill Chenco, Employment Specialist
Bill earned his BS in English Literature from Eastern Michigan University. Bill has provided services as a Supports Coordinator for individuals with disabilities, he has worked for many years in admissions at a local college and provided program administration to an organization providing counseling services to a residential community serving teens.
Rebecca Lindtner, Employment Specialist
Rebecca was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. Rebecca graduated from Shippensburg University with her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in December 2015 and with her Master of Social Work (MSW) in May 2017. Upon completion of her degrees, she held two field experiences at Service Access and Management, Inc. (SAM) in Chambersburg, PA and at Cumberland/Perry County Early Intervention in Carlisle, PA. At SAM, Rebecca assisted Support Coordinators and clients in the IDD Department, Mental Health Department, and Early Intervention Department navigating data bases and completing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). While at Cumberland/Perry County Early Intervention, Rebecca assisted Service Coordinators with families and children from birth-three years old and administered Age and Stages Questionnaires to families in the Tracking Program.
