Summer L.I.F.E Registration
Registration is full for the 2019 Summer LIFE Day & Overnight Camp Season opens in January.
Registrations are considered complete when they are submitted online, along with a $500 refundable deposit payable by credit credit. If it is determined that our program cannot meet the applicant's individual needs the deposit will be refunded in full. Once an applicant has been formally accepted, the deposit will be applied toward the balance due.
If, at any time, you wish to cancel a registration contact us at 610.296.6725 x128 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If cancellation notice is 3 weeks or more before the start of the program, 100% of both deposit and fees shall be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is between 2 – 3 weeks before the start of the program, 50% of deposit shall be refunded, and 100% of fees paid over and above the deposit shall be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, before the start of the program, there shall be no deposit refund, and 50% of fees paid over and above the deposit shall be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is 1 week or less before the start of the program, there shall be no deposit refund, and 25% of fees paid over and above the deposit shall be refunded.
Is Summer L.I.F.E. the right camp for your child?
Summer L.I.F.E. has an independent admissions process and all applicant placements are based on fit. Students from The Vanguard School and the community are encouraged to apply. Our team assesses each applicant thoroughly to determine appropriate placement. Some applicants may require behavioral and/or emotional support beyond the scope of our program format.
We offer a 3:1 camper-to-staff ratio; additional support in the form of 1:1 camper-to-staff support may be available on a limited basis at an added cost to families.
