Hello,

My name is Heather Kremser, and I am a reading specialist within the Vanguard School. 

My past work experiences have always been child and student-centered, with the intention of improving the community through education. Previously, I taught inner-city students within the Philadelphia School District, and worked as a counselor for the Montgomery County Youth Center supporting at-risk teens. 

For the past several years I have had the privilege of being a special educator and reading specialist within the Vanguard School.  

In my spare time, you may have guessed, I enjoy reading. I do venture out from time to time to travel or participate in recreational sports, just as long as my proximity to a library is within walking distance.
