JCHAI-Judith Creed Horizons for Achieving Independence

JCHAI fosters a unique setting where individuals are encouraged and assisted to develop their independence and daily living skills, while their lives are enriched with an array of opportunities to be active within the greater community. Since our inception, JCHAI is proud to have expanded to operate three community homes as well as an apartment program. Beyond that, our home and community-based services now include JCHAI AT HOME, a unique service designed to offer 1:1 in-home supports to persons living with family members or in their very own residence. Family members can relax and rejoice in the knowledge that their child or sibling has a safe, comfortable home that provides structure within the least restrictive environment possible. Opportunities for cultural, religious, and social enrichment abound within and beyond the walls of the JCHAI community!
