Class of 2024 Graduation
On the evening of June 6th, nineteen hard-working students graduated as Vanguard's class of 2024. It was a beautiful evening full of laughs, smiles and tears of joy. We're proud of the newest members of Vanguard's alumni group and wish them well as they embark on the next chapters of their lives.
Elementary School Quest Day
As part of the ABC Countdown to Summer, students and staff celebrated Q Day on May 29th. Kendra Baugus (ES Classroom Assistant), Jennifer Kieffer (Physical Therapist), and Chelsea Swinney (Health and PE Teacher) planned a Quest/scavenger hunt to celebrate! Each classroom was assigned an envelope number and a class time to meet in the gym and then go out on their hunt. Once they found their pieces, students received a prize.
Elementary School to Middle School Ceremony
We were happy to honor students' efforts at the 5th Grade Bridging Ceremony as each student “crossed the bridge” to the next level - Middle School in the Mierley Building!
High School Food Truck Festival
Four food trucks came to campus after High School's awards celebration. Students and faculty savored these flavorful experiences while socializing and celebrating the end of school season.

Ice Cream Socials
The Vanguard Transition Center (VTC) High School Ice Cream Social is an annual tradition for HS Seniors to meet and greet with VTC staff and students to learn more about the VTC program and enjoy an ice cream sundae with friends.
