Summer Matters offers a continuum of innovative programming for learners with special needs, 5–21 years of age, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Summer Matters programs are of varying formats and lengths and build on campers’ interests to help them succeed, learn and grow. Programs are held at sites in suburban Philadelphia and the mid-Atlantic, and include Summer Voyagers, Summer L.I.F.E., two ESY programs and respite programs. Summer Matters is headquartered in Malvern, PA, and is a program of Valley Forge Educational Services.
is a program designed for children, 5–12 years of age, who, despite many strengths, may be experiencing learning challenges in school.
provides supported recreational opportunities for campers, 8–21 years of age.
VTC Summer Experience
focuses on the development of daily living skills, vocational training and post-secondary education for young adults, 18–21 years of age.
